I made this topic before but since the site was re done it has been lost.
Anyway that is the function to open the content menu?
It is very stubborn on linux (ubuntu) so i was gong to try being more explicit and see if it works.

the server was running slow yes. but it should be at least a bit better now.
There are some strange things surrounding the ubuntu's handling of the context menu. They really attempt to lock it down. You actually can't even press any keys when the context menu is open (aside from ctrl). Try it, print screen, nope, bind another key to middle click and try to use it while a menu is open (won't work). So the issue is ubuntu and the way they lock the damn key bindings out once a menu is open.
I posted in the bug thread regarding it on launchpad. That was back in 8.04 and they still have chosen not to fix it despite complaints. There really is not much you can do. Sorry.
