The CB Tag had to be changed today, sorry for the incovenience
The new format is:
[cb=custombuttonURL~-+image]name[/cb]
This was very unfortunately a change I had to made. Hopefully, George will be releasing a new version of the extension which uses the new format soon.
In turn, if you see any broken buttons and have the rights to edit the post then replace the old comma (,) with the new separator (~-+)
