Is there any way to make the chat read from top down and have the scrollbar follow it like most other chat / IM software? It makes my brain hurt the way it's set up at the moment.

it's not my mod.


Handyman wrote this mod and he is the only one who will be doing the editing of it. I really don't want to edit it. I already edited his files enough to get sound working and to make the chat look the way it does now.

Here is what the chat is supposed to look like. Additionally, it is not supposed to have sound.

So it's not going to be a check box type mod then? Tick for top down - untick for bottom up, or something?

By the way. The chat wouldn't look very good in the bottom panel if it were reversed.

Yahoo, msn, irc... all have last message at the bottom. It works for them
