1. Bug Fix Typo preventing Bookmark a button from working.
2. Changed the method used to update Import a Button. It is now supplied via a buttonsoverlay.xul
3. Added a hidden button for use later in dealing with the FF3 new button issue.
4. Modified the context menu listener to disable Edit, Delete, and Update for Import a Button as custombuttons-button0 only.
5. Made the double click handler the default Mouse Click handler
